RichBinder — product overview
RichBinder is a Windows desktop application for document capture and filing. It scans or imports documents, reads the text, files them into your own folders, and finds them again.

What the software does
You scan paper on a document scanner, or drop in files you already have. RichBinder reads the text (OCR), reads barcodes and QR codes, and can pull out fields such as vendor, amount and date. It then names the file and files it into a folder you chose, following rules you set. Afterwards you can search across everything — by words in the document, or by the fields that were extracted.
The application runs on the customer’s own Windows PC and the documents stay in the customer’s own folders. We do not host or receive customer documents. The AI edition runs its models on the same PC, so document contents are not sent anywhere.
What we sell
We sell software licences for that desktop application. Nothing is shipped physically; the software is downloaded from this site. A licence covers one device, and several devices can be licensed at a tiered discount (up to 10).

Prices are listed in KRW, USD and JPY. The Team edition for organisations is planned but not yet on sale; large-scale deployments are handled through Enterprise enquiries.
We do not sell physical goods, financial or payment services, marketplace services, gambling, adult content, or subscriptions to third-party content.
How you buy, and how refunds work
Online sales are handled by Paddle, which acts as our authorised reseller and merchant of record. ROZIN Solution develops RichBinder and supplies the product and the licence.
Every purchase made through Paddle can be refunded in full within 14 days, with no exceptions or conditions — including subscription auto-renewals. No reason is required, and having downloaded, installed or used the software does not affect it. Where local law or Paddle’s own policy gives you stronger rights, those apply instead. Paid sales have not opened yet. The free trial is available now from the download page.
